It is important not to use default passwords in a productive environment, so therefor please change the passwords.<\/p>\n<p>Change the passwords of the accounts root, user and factoryby using SSH.<\/p>\n<p>At the first login you will be prompted to set new password. With ENTER you can start the process by pressing Ctrl-C you can abort the process. At the next login, you will be asked again to change the password.<\/p>\n<p>Default passwords:<br \/>\nroot:fibranne \/ password<br \/>\nadmin:password<br \/>\nuser:password<\/p>\n<p>Login to the switch by using SSH:<\/p>\n<pre><code># ssh &lt;your-ipaddress&gt;\nlogin as: root\nroot@&lt;your-ipaddress&gt;'s password:\n\n================================================================================\nATTENTION:\nIt is recommended that you change the default passwords for all the switch accou nts.\nRefer to the product release notes and administrators guide if you need further information.\n================================================================================\n-----------------------------------------------------------------\nDisclaimer for Root Account Usage!\n\nThis Fibre Channel switch is equipped with the Root account that\nis intended for diagnostics and debugging purposes solely by the\nEquipment vendor's trained engineers.
